Is membership of FC ONE Community free of charge, or rather will membership remain free of charge?
Yes, membership remains free of charge - ss however there will be a premium membership, which will offer various advantages (discounts, reduced entrance tickets, etc. ).
What do I need to consider on registration?
After you have completed the registration form and sent it, you will receive an email at the given address, which contains a link, which will give access to your account. Then you can login under your e-mail address and community password chosen by you.
I have sent the registration form, but have received no email, although I have submitted a valid email address!
Check your spam protection with your email provider. Some providers delete emails from unknown Senders immediately or defer it to a spam file. As a rule this can be adjusted.
Can I create a profile?
When you register, you first have to decide on a profile type. Afterwards you can add a fan profile for example to a player profile (Multiprofile).
Should I register under my real name or under a nickname?
To be found by others, it is recommended registering under your real name. For data protection reasons you can decide if your surname appears with the first letter of the name only or not.
Who can I / who can send me PMs (Private Messages) ?
PM´s can only be sent by members, who appear on their friend or team lists.
Another user has sent me request, because he wants to be in my team list, but s/he is not in my club and I only want to have real members of my team here - but I do not want to offend him/her by refusing him/her?
When you receive a request for team friendship, you have the possibility to accept it, refuse it, or instead to add him/her to your friendship list.
Another community member sends me offensive or threatening PMs.
The first step to take is to delete the user from your friend list or team list, and thus prevent him/her from sending you messages. Should the message be severely offensive or threatening you can register the content or the PM. You will find a corresponding button under every PM.
I have seen another member whose home page contains offensive language or has broken the rules of behaviour by disclosing offensive content.
On every profile page you will find a button which you can use to register every user and their offence.
I have encountered a function within the community which does not work properly or have an idea about something which could be improved?
Should you find errors in the community, we would be very pleased to hear about them - the same applies to ideas and criticism. For this you are requested to complete the corresponding form in the help centre.
